The Joint Internet Association - W3C
In October 1994, the network creator Tim Berner-Lee, at the Massachusetts Institute of technology laboratory for computer science, established the Joint Association of the Internet, which is now the World Wide Web Consortium.

At CERN (European Organization for nuclear research), DARPA (United States Department of Defense Advanced research projects Agency), the European Commission (the European Commission), common joining the W3C, and the contribution of its technology. In April 1995, INIRA (France national automated information society) became the first leading European W3C groups, and in 1996, Japan University of Ying Qingyi Shu, a W3C host in Asia, by the year 2003, ERCIM (the European information and mathematical research of joint) replaced INIRA, lead of W3C in Europe. Tasks of W3C, is to have all of the hardware and software to be able to communicate on different computer platforms, and encourage everyone in the discussion in the Forum. W3C wanted to go on the network front, and led the network to have a better development. In the past seven years, W3C network of public areas, has developed more than 50 proprietary technical terms used. W3C network businesses meet the expectations not only of goals, and would continue to extend the update network technology, and areas of exploration update. W3C's goal, is to make the world different cultures, languages, education, ability, resources, integration into the network of the world. And to make the semantic networks in the form of, and set up a special software environment for all users, to give full play in a cyber-world. W3C's main aim is to establish a network of mutual trust, in legal writing, business advertising, social issues, and fully discuss and play.
