TAIPEI, Taiwan — Alpha Networks applied the 24GHz high bandwidth in manufacturing car anti-collision sensor system, which became the highlight at CES 2015. In order to keep up with the high bandwidth technology, the company also invested in America high bandwidth company Delta Mobile.
The 24GHz smart radar sensor can be applied in car anti-collision or autonomous car, it is being sent to the car makers for certification, and it will be used in smart home solution in this year.
Meahwhile, the company announced the contribution of the high-speed, Top-of-Rack (ToR), bare metal, SNQ-60x0-320F series Data Center switch to the Open Compute Project (OCP) community in 2014. The SNQ-60x0-320F series switch utilizes Intel's quad-core and Freescale Semiconductor's dual-core QorIQ P2020 processor to seamlessly interoperate with Broadcom's StrataXGS Trident II switch chip.
This switch features an incredible high-density design of 32 40Gbps QSPF+ ports, to provide a massive 1,280 Gbps switching capacity in a 1U form factor.
