TAIPEI, Taiwan－ Asus’s Chairman Jonney Shih lead around 6000 workers and their relatives to take part in sports and physical activities during the Asus 25th foundation anniversary sports activity on Saturday. Shih predicted that ICT industry will be reshuffled and wearable device will become the key tech trend; moreover, “Iron Man” is not just a movie but a virtual life.
Shih said that the wearable device will predominate the technology trend following smart phone including watch, glasses, clothes, brainwave detector, nanometer implanted microchip and IoT. It is the business opportunity in the future to make the Iron Man science fiction a reality.
Shih added that smart phone is the new-generation products and Asus has researched for its relative technology for a long while. The volume of Asus ‘s Essential IP reach the top-10 standing around the world and market goes to the finalist and the most important step.
Shih pointed out that Asus is a human-based company and therefore human resource is the most key asset for Asus to make decent, ideal and outstanding. The 25th anniversary sports activity is in order to not only make employees feel personal experience to the pursuit of excellence but also hope to unite employees’ consensus.
