Holtek announced the release of a new highly functionally integrated and high cost-effective Blood Glucose Meter dedicated Flash MCU, the BH45F68. As an application specific device, it contains a fully integrated, high performance blood glucose measurement circuit.
In addition to retaining all the BH67F2470’s functions which include a high precision programmable reference voltage source, dedicated operational amplifier and A/D converter, etc., this new device now offers an additional operational amplifier thus providing it with a wider application range.
These functions, along with 32K×16 bits of Flash Program Memory, 1024×8 bits of RAM Data Memory and 64×8 bits of true EEPROM, as well as a wide range of peripheral functions, combine to make the device an excellent solution for blood glucose meter applications.
This LCD type MCU is supplied in both 64-pin and 80-pin LQFP package types and will be able to meet the needs of different Blood Glucose Meter types.
